Real Estate Photography
The bedrock of all real estate photography is quality photography. Showing off your property in the best way possible takes extensive knowledge in compositing, framing, lighting, editing, and years of experience of knowing when and why to take a shot. At JC Creations, we provide that in every photo we take, in every photographer we send out. We make it a goal to make sure the photo we take is the best it can be, that could be as simple as fixing a misshapen pillow or as complex as virtually staging a furniture.
Unlike other real estate photography companies, we take care in making sure windows are property exposed, angles are straight and even height, and that the color tone is consistent and true to the property. We even have advanced editing techniques to add fire, screens, and other elements into the photograph to help further the overall look of the picture. Twilight Photography
One of the most important ways to get your listing sold is to bring potential clients in with jaw-dropping pictures. A good example of this is twilight photography! This type of photography is perfect for homes that have great exterior lighting (up-lights on the house, the grounds, and pool lighting, etc.). It is also ideal for properties with a lighter exterior (houses with dark exteriors don’t typically turn out well).
Our years of expertise we know when and how to capture your listing in the most dramatic way possible. Coupled with our superior editing techniques, we know how to make your photos POP while still retaining the natural look of the home naturally and virtually if needed . It normally starts about 20-30 minutes after the sun has set and lasts for another 10-15 minutes after that. See our examples below.
Drone Photos & Videos
Drone work with real estate photography and videography is one of our most popular services and for good reason! Getting a birds eye view of your listing can sometimes make all the difference in make a good photos & video a great photos & video. While our standard photos & videos will often employ aerial photography or videography, we also offer it as a standalone service. All our drone pilots are FAA certified and have years of experience capturing footage through the air. Since we fly our drones all over Florida, we know all about flight restrictions and how to shoot to get the best angles of your property.
Virtual Staging
This is a high-end virtual staging, ideal for most properties and situations where clients are striving for a very realistic representation of a living situation. A higher quality of rendering content and options are used, the shadows and lighting are more artistically applied making a life like reality of virtual furniture. This level of staging never disappoints and with a wide variety of products to choose from.
Virtual Tour
Virtual tours have become the norm lately and the gold standard of those types of tours is Matterport. What makes Matterport stand out is their proprietary technology which creates high resolution scans of the entire interior space. Other benefits are a dollhouse view and an option to take wall measurements inside the tour. Hosting fees apply after a certain period of time. We have packages most used for out best pricing for agents and for owners selling their own properties. We do offer “Al-A-Cart” items but they tend to give you less product for almost the same price as our packaging. We would be happy to “Build a Package” for you or discount multiple services if multiples are needed while there.
***For rental units - rentals are billed monthly and discounts for photos taken will be given based upon the quantity of properties taken for the month.

The best way to make contact is via texting the number in the contact us page. While with customers/clients my phone stays on a “Do Not Disturb” mode, this is to show the client respect with their time and attention. So the best is text, but please feel free to fill out the contact us form, it will send me an email immediately and I will get back to you as soon as I possible can.

Monday thru Thursday photo shoots have a next day. Any photos shot on a Friday, a Holiday, or weekend day is may take longer to turnaround, sometimes 24-48 hours longer.

Medical emergencies and weather cancellations are acceptable for cancelations within 48 hours of the photo shoot. Inside that time a fee will be imposed for cancelations. Weather cancelations are for rain and bad/dense fog only; grey sky is considered shoot-able weather. We will replace the sky for any bad grey sky days, free of charge if applicable. Any other reason for cancelation of job scheduled and prepared for will result in a $75 fee that will be added to the next invoice for the agent.

Rescheduling will be permitted free of charge for weather conditions. Acceptable weather conditions are for torrential rain and dense fog only. Any other rescheduling once the property is scheduled will result in a $25 rescheduling fee that will be added to your invoice.

Photos are currently emailed directly to the agent/owner ordering the photo/video shoot via a downloadable link from our google drive.

Full payment is expected immediatly upon receiving and downloading items ordered. An invoice will be emailed along with the photos as well as a link to our invoice site for payment. Payments via Venmo, PayPal and CashApp are also accepted, if you intend to pay via one of these apps, please inform us prior to sending the invoice.

All properties inside of 30 miles of the 32566 zip code are considered acceptable travel without fees. Anything outside that 30 mile radius will result in a $1.50 per mile fee.

Living in a world of tricks and deception, we are up-front about all of our pricing. While additional discounts can and will be given (as well as a lot of freebies) we want you to know exactly what price you will be paying for requested services.
